Are these rides okay for 3.5 year old?

Phantom Manor, Pirates of the Caribbean, Pinocchio, Snow-White, Spiderman WEB all say could frighten young guests. Just trying to figure out which family rides that he is allowed to go on are actually good ideas vs traumatizing LOL

We are definitely planning to do the following: small world, peter pan, buzz lightyear, autopia, orbitron, tangled spin, ratatouille, frozen, cars roadtrip, flying carpets, dumbo, casey jr., lancelot’s carousel, and teacups.

3 year old is about 92cm tall, will likely still be under 100cm when we go in December

Severe sunflower allergy food options?

Has anyone with a severe sunflower allergy been to Paris/Disneyland Paris? Our youngest is highly allergic to sunflower seed. Sunflower oil and lecithin can sometimes cause anaphylaxis too so we tend to avoid all forms. He loves fruit, veggies, yogurt, eggs, chicken, cheese, ground turkey, and in the USA we have safe (or homemade) pancakes, waffles, pasta. Pizza sauce often has sunflower oil and many pastas and pastries and fried foods use sunflower oil. What options will he have in the parks and hotels or will we need to go to the grocery store and buy food to bring into the parks? Anyone with a rare non top 14 allergy with any tips or suggestions please share!!!!

Is fast pass worth it during Christmas and New Years

We are going to Disneyland Paris for 12/29-12/31 and my understanding is this is peak crowds. Do you get fast passes automatically per day? Is it worth paying for fast passes? How long are wait lists?
