Hello all,

The contract agency that I work for recently installed software to track everything that we do during the day. You literally have to track every meeting, documentation time, session, this software takes screenshots, records audio and video during video calls, it tracks keyboard use... everything! It is extremely invasive, IMO. The IT guy is tracking if we are all in the "right" task. This is making my anxiety so bad!

Any advice or validation is appreciated!
