I have zero plan on one of my iPhones. Something changed this month.

1. Text messages used to be blue (by iMessage) between these two phones but now are all green (by SMS).
2. Zero plan iPhone can receive text messages but cannot send. The usage of this month shows 28 out of 300 messages are used.

Anyone knows why? I don’t remember I made any change recently to iPhone settings.
