Is this an error? Opened a pack of psychedelic universe, from a local TCG store, this was the last card in the pack. After looking at the set list, the card is supposed to be Trenostuzzo Turbo 300 not Smashrabbit Splappapalla. As much as I could see Smashrabbit was a promo and not released in packs?

I have this coaster from a burger place that was in NZ, fairly certain Wellington around 2011-2013. The web address now goes to a chain that is based in the US and has no NZ locations. Does anyone remember or know this place?
