Fungus Gnats

Ive figured out ive been dealing with some fungus gnats. I was just dealing with lawn mites a minute ago but neem oil seemed to help with that. Now the gnats. I cant tell if theyre in every tote but theyre definitely in my peppers. Its my first time gardening with success so im not sure what to do. Watering has my wonky due to the heat wave that just came through.

What's wrong with my strawberries?

I got these two strawberry plants at Walmart several weeks ago. They were thriving after I planted them compared to their flooded plastic containers. Now ive had to prune several dead leaves and now there's these ones that look chewed on. Im not quite sire what's happening or what to do. This is my first time growing plants on general.
