Did I order the wrong PC?

I am in need of a new PC as my old laptop is already 11 years old and is barely running anymore. I am mainly using it for productivity as well as some gaming (havent had not enough time in a while)
I saw the Lenovo Legion T5 at Elgiganten for 9500 dkk on sale (see link below) with i7-13650HX/16/1TB/5070. I ordered it after some investigation as it seemed a great price (but hasnt been sent yet). I am mainly worried about the i7 as it is a „laptop“ one and makes any future upgrades or fixes impossible.
In the meantime, I found topdata and mm-vision with some great specs as well but more expensive.
I am looking at the Thunder model with 2gb storage and a potential 32gb upgrade (seems way more affordable than doing it later) for 12 800 - 14 800 dkk.
With Topdata there is the top performance with RYZEN 9600X with RTX5070 which seems to be a good price with the 2gb for 11 996 dkk.
Now my question is if I should cancel the Lenovo Legion and instead go with topdata or the thunder model? Feel by now that I almost have to bite the bullet with a pricier model.
Also Is the additional 16gb RAM better to upgrade right away, and is more cooling really needed?
Also I saw a price of the Thunder with 2gb ssd and 32gb RAM from 3/4 year ago for only 11 300 DKK. Is now the wrong time to buy a PC?
