My friend was hit by a white BMW while crossing near SE 28th and Division between 3:40 and 4:00 this afternoon. She had the crosswalk signal when the driver struck her, causing her to roll across the hood before the driver fled the scene. Two bystanders chased after the vehicle but were unable to catch it or get the license plate number. She described the driver as a young white male.

If anyone happened to see this or has any info on the coward that fled, please DM me. I'll update the post as soon as we have a police report number.
