CO based commercial producer. My goal is 50k per month currently in written premium (600k annually) written about 530k ytd in small/middle market accounts. Have cracked 100k a few months this year. I just hit my 3 year mark at the agency and book size is about 1.4m

We get 40% new biz (+5% for hitting month goal, +2.5% for quarter goal hit) 20% renewals until validation and 35% renewals after validation, with new biz comp staying the same.

Just wondered what other producers in this space are bringing in monthly/annually!
