Got my account paused
Yesterday my account got paused for the following reasons:
Work history, education, or other credentials that we weren't able to verify
Identity information that we weren't able to verify
Eligibility requirements for your projects that we weren't able to confirm
Account access or information that may be shared with another person or account
Tasking activity from a location that may not be approved for your projects
I’m confused because 1. Everything I gave them information wise was the truth. I only have worked from one laptop in one location so I clearly wasn’t working from another unregistered location or account sharing.
And 2. How was I able to work for a month and a half with high QA scores and no warnings and pass multiple interviews and onboarding and identity verification if there was something wrong with the information I provided on who I am. I emailed support and Mike W said the decision was final and didn’t explain what out the list of reasons they provided was the one that triggered my removal. This feels like such BS and couldn’t have come at a worse time.
Even though my account is paused am I able to apply for a different project on the site or am I banished from Workada completely and should I just go try Mercor or Ethos
