M340i goes limp/protection mode after full load 1st to 2nd gear shift.

Car specifications:
2024 M340i xDrive
58,000km (36,000mi)
BM3 Stage 2 93 oct
XHP Stage 3

For some context my car is on a stage 2 93 bm3 map and xhp stage 3, i’m using torque reduction set to 25% 1->2 and ignition cut off. my car drives completely fine no problems nothing weird but this is happened twice now in the last week, it’s rare though. Under full throttle load i shift to second gear in manual mode sports plus and the car doesn’t do it and every single malfunction light decides to come on, the car is forced into neutral and I can’t do anything about it. All I do though is turn off the car then turn it back on and it’s completely fine again like nothing happens. both times though I did this pretty quickly after turning it on or atleast had it running on remote start, so right after i fully turned on the car i’d put it in sports + and trans then floor it then boom, it’s only happened in manual mode. I’m honestly just curious i’m not worried about the car it drives more than perfect but do i need to set some limits on my trans tune or engine turn???

24’ M340i knocking noise

The cars on 30k miles (50k km) and ever since i bought it, it’s been making that noise. it’s ONLY on idle and after a cold start but it’s not always. i can go for a 1 hour drive and i won’t hear it but sometimes even right after i just start up the car and let the rpm drop i start hearing it. or if im in a drive thru or garage since those amplify the noise. It can happen for like 30 seconds then stop for 5 then come back again for another 5 stop again and then just come back continuously. the knocking goes away after any little amount of throttle input and again DOES NOT happen when driving. its noticeably loud to the point where other people ask if my cars knocking. It’s on the passenger side near the top i believe? I work at bmw and Ive gotten the master techs to take a look and they are also stumped however they haven’t taken a proper look yet which i’ll allow them once i free up my schedule.

Oil changes have been done all on time and the cars under warranty either way however I want to tune the car but I don’t think it’s a good time for that anymore lol. I’ve also driven the car very hard over the last months the noise never got louder or quieter it’s been the same. Even after calm drives it still appears.

If anyone has any ideas or suggestions please let me know.
