Rasp fitness Question
currently at airborne school with orders to bragg but been wanting to volunteer for rasp, i was wondering if its better to volunteer now or get a bit more in shape then go once im at my unit, and what should i focus most on improving, pushups have been a big weakness for me. Any advice is appreciated.
