Loved those cars until I owned one..
I bought this car about 6 months ago to replace my old BMW with a more fuel effencient commuter. Tought the mirage would be the perfect car, so I bought this 2014 manual transmission mirage with 175k km on it. I did the brakes and oil change when I got it, and it was fine. Drove it for a few days for like 300-400km and a rear bearing started to do some noise. Replaced the bearing, while it was on the lift, I saw the front suspension started leaking some oil, so change that as well. Drove it for another 100km, then the transmission exploded.. Now I just finished rebuilding the transmission and when I was going to test drive it, the alternator seized.
How do you guys do with those cars?
Fo me I'm done, can't even drive the thing, it just keep breaking.. I'm going to sell this peice of shit and just keep my old 416 000km BMW
