Heart rate in 200s while sitting

Hello!

Not sure if this is the correct place to post but for about 10 years I’ve been experiencing very random “attacks” I call them. I’ll be on vacation, sleeping, sitting on the couch etc. (so no pattern) and out of nowhere my heart rate starts going nuts and sits in the 200s.

I’ve worn a Zio and another monitor before and it was never caught because it’s so sporadic. Sometimes this lasts 25 min, sometimes over an hour. I’ve gone to the ER maybe 5x but by the time I’m seen the attack is gone.

It feels like I cannot catch my breath. I’m dizzy. Sometimes I cough when it happens. I’m a 36 y/o female, do not smoke or drink. If I do it’s rarely and socially. I’m active and always have been. I eat well, etc.

Any input would be so helpful! I also bought an Apple Watch recently so I could do my own EKGs. This is what it showed today.
