How many cases do you need to run per hour?

Im just curious because I feel like my warehouse cranks the speed up to where its just barely possible to keep up with it. They had me running two lines last night, one line at 108 cases per hour, and another at 44 cases per hour. Each box requiring at least 3 foot of tape to close the bottom.

Snapping turtle sitting on the road.

If it wasnt a snapping turtle I would've helped it cross the road. He didnt look very healthy but after i drove by again he was no longer there. Maybe he was sunbathing?

My packers take excessive bathroom breaks and it hurts production

I am an operator associate at pactiv evergreen, im newly hired as operator with 3 months experience packing and im now in charge of my packers. However just about every packer I get will "use the bathroom" or "fill their water bottle" while the line is running. Me being way too nice, ill cover and pack for them AND do the tasks of an operator at the same time. 20 minutes later while my packer is "refilling their water bottle" the line is backed up because I cannot keep up with paperwork, making boxes, AND taping boxes after they are packed since my only packer left decided to do half of his job. I am way to nice to these kinds of lazy workers. Should I just tell them no bathroom breaks until their scheduled breaktime? Its very obvious they aren't actually using the bathroom because they spend so much time in there or this one person asks to go right after her gf walks by. Should I talk to management? I just want some outside opinions.

Hes been eating and his abdomen is slowly getting bigger. I got a severely neglected tarantula from the pet store. Are the small black dots on his abdomen signs of molting?

I just got the tarantula from the pet store and this is the condition its in. Its heartbreaking how they keep these animals. I have a bigger container and more substrate. Im just worried about its abdomen. Asking for any advice to ensure this tarantula grows healthy.
