I ordered this dress from a vintage seller online and was 1 inch over the hip measurement, in person I can’t tell if it works or is too small? I would love honest feedback on the fit it’s silk charmeuse bias cut with lace on top. Slides on overhead with no trouble. The bow belt is a little snug.

Still went to wedding dress appt with it to not pay cancellation fee and to ask for advice, and the shop owner said I wouldn’t find anything better in her store and that this was perfect and I have to wear it but I am not sure if I’m straining the fabric and want to know it fits! I can healthily lose weight wedding isn’t for another year.
