Delivery driver drove the wrong way and nearly caused an accident, then shoved someone during an argument. Got beat up
This happened in Taiwan. According to the source the guy in helmet nearly caused an accident by driving the wrong way. When confronted he pushed and shoved the other guy (apparently an owner of a car wash store near by). Got beaten up. Cops came and both parties decided not to press charges.
