ADHD simple non responsive

I was diagnosed with combined ADHD by ADHD simple by videcall earlier this year. Since my titration. It's gone super quiet.
They had issues that they did not disclose with southern cross easy pay which I was relying on to pay the bulk of the fee.
They (ADHD Simple) wouldn't send the report without payment so I put the outstanding $750 on my credit card
I've had titration calls and a weird follow up from a doctor.
No receipt. Nothing I can't claim it back from southern cross without it.
Have called and recently these have been 45minute holds then click.
Have emailed and not even an acknowledgement back.
Found an email address for the CEO saying he would take care of issues on the website... Nothing
I'm concerned that they have gone under or are just hiding from the fact that I won't be able to claim with southern cross
So frustrated feel ripped off currently this is not what they portray on their website....
