The last one who actually faced consequences..
I know Minnick is heavily disliked and her approach was socially grading, but the double standard in her firing is wild when you compare it to the "in-group."
The Inner Circle:
Meredith: Committed insurance fraud & tampered with an Alzheimer's trial (Promoted to Chief)
Bailey: Injected a child with deactivated HIV against parental consent (Promoted to Chief)
Webber: Operated while intoxicated (Brief rehab, kept his surgical privileges) **Webber method also got someone killed**
Owen: Illegally procured , choked a colleague, and distributed lethal drugs (Fled the country, kept his job)
Eliza Minnick:
Followed standard hospital fire evacuation protocols but failed to alert the police about one missing doctor. (Fired immediately on the spot).
She was brought in to do a job, made enemies with the clique, and got fired for a technical liability while everyone else survived committing actual felonies.
Does anyone else think her firing was completely hypocritical?
