i kept having an issue where filmora would resize my video for no reason and i couldn't get it to stop. i tried contacting support which didn't work because there IS NO SUPPORT. all the buttons to contact support simply don't do anything. i tried to fix the issue by downgrading to filmora 12. despite clicking "download filmora 12" on their website, it downloaded filmora 15 instead which i do not have a licence for. when i tried to go back to 13, it did the exact same thing.

how do i download the thing that i actually paid for??

edit: some absolute angel put up the old installer so i was able to install 13 again. i still have that issue with the resolution though.

my monitor is 2560x1080. obs records in 2560x1080. my computer says the recording is 2560x1080. when i put it into filmora it says it's 2592x1080 and then crops it strangely. i recorded and edited my last video on the same computer with the same setup and it didn't do this. this is making me lose my mind.
