Writing as a hobbyist, what are your thoughts on this chapter about a fantasy merchant.

I usually only do storytelling through a visual medium but I felt inspired to learn writing as I have found it helps me tell stories better. What are some of your critiques on this piece, the characters, the dialogue and so on!
