5 Nights with CPAP - 4 of 5 nights worse than sleep test

New CPAP user - ResMed 11, nose pillow N30 since I am a back-only sleeper. Per my doctor's office AHI was 11.3 during at-home sleep test but most nights with the CPAP have been at least 20 AHI (one was 11.0). I haven't had time to study OSCAR data in-depth, but according to statistics average leak rate is 4.24, 95% leadk rate is 25.4 and 3.44% is above leak rate threshold. Average pressure is 10.74 (my min/max is set to 50-12). I'm wondering if the pressure is too low? When I zoom in on my flow I definitely see clipped sine waves.

Basically wondering if I need to contact the medical supplier that provided the CPAP and instruction, call my pulmonologist, or give it more than 5 nights to see if it improves. Any advice on this or what I should be looking at in OSCAR would be appreciated!
