Ficus Benjamina wants to be transformed by rookie
Hi all!
This is my 6 yo ficus benjamina, which has recently suffered from thrips. It has lost all of its leaves but I then got rid of the thrips with careo. Some leaves are still yellow but I think after repotting (the current pot does not have holes) they should grow fine again.
The funny thing is: most of the leaves remain small since it was sick. A friend recently asked me if this was a bonsai - I get why. So now I got hyped to over time turn it into one.
What do you think? Is it a good start? What should I do first? Where and when would you cut? It stays inside btw, on a sunny south window sill.
I would really much appreciate any advise. Many thanks!
