Converting Two Bedroom into Three Bedroom Advice
Growing family and taking over a family bungalow. Ideally would like to have three bedrooms, 2 full washrooms and a powder room on the first floor. Willing to add an extension behind the garage (roughly 100-150 square feet for additional storage/mudroom). I'm comfortable with large changes and there does not need to be access to the deck from the rear of the home. For context, the first floor is around 1300 square feet. Any ideas on how to redesign the floorplan?
