I have leaned on this community before. I travel very frequently and have anxiety, OCD and intrusive thoughts around flying. I felt pretty good for my flight here to San Juan mostly because I was in a rush and didn’t have much time to panic but now I’m obsessively checking weather in both locations (SJU and Newark) and worried about the storms and feel like we’ll be flying over rough air and I just cannot handle turbulence for that long or.. worse. I don’t know.

Anyway. If anyone has down a similar route today or if any pilots have the energy to explain to me why wind or storms are not an issue… I’d really appreciate it.
