Could this be a cheater? Or worst luck ever

This player is weaker than me and always beats me in the first frame of battle. I beat players stronger than me, but I have a 66% Evasion rate that literally never kicks in against this player. It’s ALWAYS the first frame of the battle and nothing else EVER happens when fighting this player. (Like I never survive the first frame of the fight ever).
I don’t see anything in stats that would signify that this should happen so consistently. I see that cheaters often show crazy high stats and this is not the case here. Help?

Best way to level from 43-45?

I’m working on 100%’ing the game and my final achievement is to reach level 45. I’m at 43. I’ve already gotten all the shroud roots throughout the entire map. What’s the best way to grind two level ups?

If you're like me, you're missing Revelwood Rubble on your item set list. I just wanted to post that there's a small bunch of it shortly south of Jesmina's camp in Revelwood. It didn't populate my set list when I crafted it, I had to mine it. (I also couldn't place it with the crafted rubble and mine that, that didn't work either. I had to mine it naturally from a natural vein)
