I was dreading we might end up with brave new world but at least with that we'd probably be complacent and happy. We would have our little ai companions to chat with and have a jolly good time even though the world would be crumbling to pieces under our noises. Now with some of these recent changes across the ai industry: restriction on rp and hard crackdowns on nsfw, the enshitification of normal chatting or even basic research work and exploration.
To them our juice isn't even worth the squeeze anymore we don't make them enough bank. Now I fear we'll just end in a shitty two tiered world where the elites wealth divide will be mountains similar to the world we see in the hunger games as well as other post apocalyptic or dystopian fiction.
