At what point did you hire a dispatcher for an electrical contracting business
running 7 guys across 2 locations right now and i'm still the one handling dispatch, scheduling, and follow-ups on top of everything else. missed a $3k estimate follow-up last week because i was slammed. had two guys overlap on the same job the week before. not sure if i need to hire someone dedicated or just get a better system in place first. what did you guys do when you hit this stage?
