Went to pick up my uniform and accreditation today in Toronto, but was denied because my DOB was incorrect in the system.

They told me to submit a ticket ASAP and said I’d receive a link so they could correct the DOB. They also mentioned that everything else is ready to go, it’s just the DOB issue holding things up.

Pretty frustrating, especially since it seems like multiple people have been reporting the same problem. Has anyone else dealt with this already? How long did it take to get resolved?

Does Humber send out an email of confirmation that you’ve RSVP’d for convocation? I confirmed that I would be going through MyHumber a while back but didn’t receive any confirmation
