First time
My first therapy appointment is on Thursday. I feel so nervous about it mainly because it’ll be emotional and that’s exhausting. I feel embarrassed because I know I’m going to cry a lot. I’m nervous to talk about things. Is there any advice to calm my nerves and/or any advice in general. I really appreciate it🙏
