Basically after exactly what the title suggests. I teach in a SEND secondary and know of multiple students who are questioning either their gender or sexuality (as can be expected at secondary age).

There is currently no real support in school for these students and there are a lot of staff who are unsure of what to do.

I've been wanting to do something like this for a while but have no idea where to start. Especially from a safeguarding point of view.

Have any of you got experience doing this?
