Would you be interested in a CS2 community/server network ?

I've been thinking about how fragmented CS2 feels outside Premier and FACEIT.

We have XPLAY, Cybershoke and a bunch of individual community servers, but most of them feel like places you join for a few matches and then forget about. I miss having a server where you knew the regulars, recognized names and slowly became part of the place.

And since Valve hasn't really been adding much new content , most people seem to play the same competitive modes over and over, so I've been wondering if the community could fill the gap.

The idea in my head is a network with Retakes, DM, Arena, KZ, Surf, older community modes and maybe some completely new ones. You'd keep the same profile across everything, along with your stats, levels and achievements. There could be missions, rotating modes, events and small tournaments too.

I also want it to be useful for newer players, with simple tools and modes that help them learn the game, while still offering enough depth for experienced players.

I haven't built this, and this isn't a disguised announcement. I'm just trying to find out whether anyone would care before I get carried away with the idea.

If you already use XPLAY, Cybershoke or other community servers, why do you stick with them? Is it the server quality, the progression, the modes, the people or just the fact that your friends are there?

I'd especially like to hear from people who played 1.6 or Source. What did those old servers have that feels missing now?

Feel free to say the idea is pointless, I just miss the fun side of cs and I'm curious if other people do too.
