I tried to look this up on ChatGPT and Claude they seem to cater information to fairer skins. I have no symptoms but it does slightly worsen after drinking coffee. I started seeing signs months ago on other places on my lips (especially the corners) but this one keeps flaring up and hasn’t left in 1 week
