I received a conditional offer 2.5 weeks ago. 1 day after that, they asked for 3 supervisor references. My 3 previous supervisors work for a company that does not allow them to be formal references. I told them this, offered 3 additional peer references, and haven’t heard anything back for a whole week. Am I cooked? (Of course I will keep applying elsewhere, I just really wanted this job)
