Hey! I’ve searched the Reddit for advice and have narrowed down my search, but was hoping for more info on Arsenal park apartments, Midcity flats, and Ole London Towne. Lots of reviews I find seem to be from years ago or only single reviews I can’t believe anyone but the landlord left lol.

I’m 26 and looking for 1 bed apartments for max $1200 a month including any utilities not included in rent. Obviously prioritizing safety and comfort and do not want roaches as my roommates.

If anyone has lived here or had friends live in these apartments recently I’d appreciate any comments! Or if you have recommendations for other apartments in the price range I’m all ears.
