Best way to explore the Peruvian Amazon in a group setting

I am in the beginning stages of planning a a trip to the Amazon in Peru. I originally planned to find a guided group to go with but was surprised to find I didn't see toooo many options? (I hiked the Inca trail last year and there were hundreds of different hiking groups to go with so figured the Amazon would be similar, but it doesn't seem to be so). I am now leaning towards a hotel options that has included excursions. This would be a solo trip, so I am definitely looking for a group / guided focused exploration.
Does anyone have any suggestions or any advice?
Pretty open to either Puerto Maldonado or Iquitos

Professional Practice Experience I: Technical - D255. Can someone clarify the breakdown of this course? Do I truly only need to do the quizzes to finish the performance assessment?

I am trying to speed my way through this program. Regarding the performance assessment, do all I truly need to do is finish the 42 quizzes and I am done with the PA? I know you are supposed to complete the quizzes while directly referring to the EHR system, but since the quizzes tell you if your answer is right / wrong after completing, I just have been doing process of elimination to bust them out.

I just want to confirm that the quizzes are my only true task for the performance assessment, or if there is actual work that needs saved in the EHR program. I have opened the EHR program for the first couple quizzes and when I go to X out of them, it asks if I want to save work, so I was curious if at some point I will need to complete actual tasks in the program.

This is also listed on my progress. I understand the assessments are my quizzes, but what are reading and videos? Are these things that need done in order to complete the performance assessment?

I understand I could just do the course as it was intended and figure it out myself but, I don't want to and am trying to do it as fast as possible. I have 10 years of working in healthcare and fully understand how EHR systems work. The reason for my BA has nothing to do with EHR systems anyway.

Are you aloud to challenge your paper being rejected?

My first submission of my paper in course D776 was sent back for revisions. I added said revisions, providing significant more detail - though my original was pretty detailed, I really added much more to cover all my bases. I submitted it to the professor via email and he replied that the level of detail was great and that I should resubmit. I resubmitted my paper and was surprised to see it got rejected again and continued to ask for more detail? I think this is extremely odd considering my professor's email said that the detail was "great" and genuinely do not know what more I could possibly add. Like I literally wrote so much fluff covering every aspect and am extremely surprised it was sent back. Is there anyway this could be a mistake and I can ask for it to be regraded? Is it common for your professor to OK the paper via email and then rejected it after submission?
