Hey everyone,
My flight lands at El Paso Airport around 11:45pm, and I have a car rental pickup scheduled for 6:00am the next morning.

I’m basically trying to figure out if I can stay inside the airport overnight until morning.

I’ve seen that the airport seems to be closed from around 12am–3am, which is making me unsure.

For context:
I don’t need food or services (I’ll have my own snacks)
I just need a place to stay inside the terminal and wait it out safely
I’m not planning to leave the airport
Has anyone done something similar at El Paso Airport?
Will they let passengers stay inside overnight, or do they actually make everyone leave during closing hours?
Any advice or personal experience would be appreciated.

* H-1B visa stamp valid until: September 30, 2027

* New passport: already applied

Is i94 valid or extended automatically

What is the best next step?

* Can CBP update my I-94 after I get the new passport,

* ⁠or do I need to travel?

* Should I file an H-1B extension (I-129) with my employer?
