Melissa Janell Berntsen, aka "NicoOregon", along with Tommy Allen, attempted to disrupt Hillsboro Pride this year, including repeatedly spraying attendees with bear spray (with drift affecting a child at a playground as well). If any of the victims wish to press charges, I wanted to raise awareness that the attackers livestreamed themselves doing it, then laughing at and mocking their victims.

So if you wish to press charges, it looks like a pretty open-and-shut case. Just wanting to bring this up in case anyone who might know any of the victims is on this sub.
