Forest & Mdot59

Why is Mdot one of the only 59 PTB in his hood while the rest of forest is SMM, Makk and PayBacc. Everyone he hangs around is either Ape, Trend or Makk but hes just 59. It would make more sense to claim what the rest of ur hood is claiming but aye just a thought
