Problems with Transition From NFL.com to ESPN
I'm the commissioner of a 12 team league going into it's 16th season. With the end of NFL.com fantasy football we'll be moving to a new platform. Recently I could not sign into the website to save league history and stats and register our keepers for the upcoming season. A password reset led to two weeks of trying everything under the sun to log back in, including multiple emails and messages to support without answers or response. It was only last night that I finally got some information. Sharing here in case anyone else is in the same situation. Here's the reply from NFL.com. Hope this helps someone else avoid the frustration I've experienced recently. Maybe I'll get back in before they scrub the site. I wish the NFL and ESPN would be a bit more transparent with this transition and the problems that accompany it and provide some guidance:

Thanks for reaching out. My name is Daniel from NFL Support. Our team checked and at this time, your issue is related to an ongoing migration of NFL Fantasy accounts to ESPN. Because of this migration, some accounts especially older ones may temporarily be unable to complete actions such as password resets or logins. Unfortunately, this also means we’re unable to manually override or reset the account while the migration is still in progress.
Our teams are actively working with ESPN on this process, and we’ll share updates as soon as more details or next steps become available. Once the migration is complete, affected accounts should be able to access recovery options again.
We appreciate your patience during this transition and truly apologize for the inconvenience.
