I've had problems with my legs for about 20 years. I'm 35 now. I've always had trouble sleeping well. I have pain in the back of my leg, just below my buttock. I've recently been diagnosed with a tear of the anterior superior labrum in two-thirds and the posterosuperior labrum in one-third, among other findings (mild trochanteric bursitis, bursitis, use of orthotics due to poor gait, discopathy in my back...). Do you think surgery would be a good option? The cartilage is intact according to the MRI arthrogram. I've had 50 rehabilitation sessions with no improvement.
