from testing and calcinations the Emma team up should be better at most things when comparing their base effects

1. Ult charging / damage output

No team up

• 80 damage
• 0.8 firing interval
• 100 dps
• 25m range

Wanda

• 85 damage
• 8 seconds duration (12 shots)
• 12 second cd
• 40% uptime

(85*12)/8=127.5 dps

127.5 * 0.4 + 100 * 0.6 = 111 dps on average

Emma

• 45% clone damage
• 5 second duration
• 15 second cd
• 25% uptime

145 * 0.25 + 100 * 0.75 = 111.25 dps on average

they deal about the same amount of damage

2. Utility

Wanda

• range
• more consistent damage
• faster projectile speed (120m/s instead of 80m/s) -> easier to hit fast targets / fliers
• more range (falloff starts at 20m), (past 21m less damage than normal primary)

Emma

• 4 bubbles / more coverage with shields
• higher burst damage
• I find it is easier to hit shots with the Emma team up sinse the projectile speed is the same the entire time

there doesn't seem to be a better team up and comes down to personal preference and maybe certain team comps.

Emma is always better with the enhanced effect since it basically is a permanent 45% damage boost.
