I've only had 1 interview in my 6 year CS stint and so I have minimal experience in CS interviews and that was obviously a while ago now.

I was led to believe all job ads told you or hinted at behaviours that would be assessed, but I have recently secured an interview with no behaviours explicitly mentioned as to being assessed at interview - is this normal?

The advert states that the panel will ask behaviour q's and I will be assessed on my experience, it then says to test my knowledge, experience and suitability for the role i will be asked questions from the panel, to explain and test my thinking. It also then says I'll be asked strength based questions too. Is this normal/typical? I was led to believe it was almost easier to prepare for CS interviews as you'd have an idea of behaviours and could prep for them?
