Found an egg in my bird feeder

Found an egg in my bird feeder

I haven't filled my bird feeders because I've been away, and when i did so this morning i found a small surprise. Does anyone know the best course of action here? There's no sign of a nest being made.. it's just kinda sitting there.

An eastern bluebird and a Purple Finch (maybe House Finch?)

My favorite photo I've taken so far!

Baltimore Oriole???

Is this a Baltimore Oriole? I saw this while I was watching out my window. I've never seen it before. I did a little research in Baltimore. Orioles are coming back to Massachusetts (where this was taken), so it seems like a reasonable guess.

Chipping Sparrow

Feel free to tell me some fun facts that I can add on the page or let me know if something may be inaccurate.

These guys are everywhere and they are the most bold by far. My dog will just walk up to the feeder and they will just keep hopping around her feet.

(Normally the feeder is in my window but I moved it to my yard for a little bit so I could see them from my table, no one seems to have any trouble finding it)

The picture is not quite finished but I plan to revisit.

American Goldfinch

While I've seen them this year, I never captured a photo to go with my drawing, so this is an older photo.

I have a very popular feeder right outside my window, and I do think the birds can see me, so they will occasionally bob and tilt their heads at me if I move (usually when I take pictures).

This female brown-headed cowbird (Molothrus ater) seemed to be moving differently, not reacting to me, but still had a continuous dancing movement. I was wondering if it had to do with mating? The male is around, on and off the feeder. He wasn't around during the video that I saw (he could have been on the lilacs below my window)
