Male Ferret biting Female

Hey! I had a Female alone for about 1 year, then got a Male as a companion for her ( he is one year younger) they both get along quite good now that they have been together for almost a year. I cage them at night but allow them to run around their own room all day while im awake ( with a baby gate in the door).

The only concern I have is that the male seems to be deaf and he plays very aggressive with his sister who just sits there and takes it without fighting back ( she is super timid and has always been). He is relentless and drags her around as she hisses at him. This seems to only happen when they are outside of their cage but i noticed there are some scabs on the back of my females neck which i can only assume is being caused by his biting. They seem to get along great until he gets hyper and drags her around.

I see everyone saying "no poop, no pee, no blood, no problem" which there are none of those. The Female dont seem to be stressed after the fact but I'm not really sure how i could tell if she was. She just stands there with her eyes shut like she is waiting for a punch while he is in those moods. She dont hide from him but she do shy away. Any advice?
