Submitted my sick leave July 2nd, got my NOP today 7/3/26, and just got paid at 8:35pm with Golden1! Faster than I expected! Happy 4th of July everybody!

I submitted my 40 hours of sick pay July 2nd and I got my NOP this morning around 3am, I should be expecting a deposit today :) Banking with Golden1.

Hi, a friend of mine had their first assessment and it went horrible. The assessment is to be a provider for her mom, she is 72 years old. The whole assessment was 2 hours long due to the social worker just lecturing her and interrogating and comparing because the workers dad is in a nursing home since the worker couldn’t get IHSS for the dad and mentioning that my friends mom is lazy and that they are encouraging her “laziness” by doing stuff for her. Which is NOT true! She has arthritis, diabetes, bone loss, severe pain, which the worker seen all the pain medicine she takes, she is blind in 1 eye and the other has eye damage that cannot be repaired. The mom uses a walker, wheelchair, and a shower chair. Social worker said she won’t get much hours maybe even 5 hours a week, that is crazy! How do they go about reporting the worker? She was literally raising her voice and interrogating like if she was a detective.

I made a $600 redemption Sunday at 8pm and normally it takes 2 days to be in my account, it isn’t in there yet. When should I expect it? Has crown ever not paid anybody?
