Hello!
I’ll be traveling to Taiwan again soon and will be staying mostly in Taipei, with a couple of days in the south of the island.
I’m a photographer, and I’m looking for locations with a similar vibe to Hong Kong’s “Monster Building”, dense apartment complexes with lots of visible air conditioners, pipes, and an older grungy feel. (Or mabye for a better reference smth like this picture. this is in Taipei.)
I know Taiwan has this kind of atmosphere in many places, just on a smaller scale than Hong Kong.
But are there any neighborhoods or specific buildings you’d recommend?
