Are food scooter delivery guys driving insurance rates up?
Seems like it’s the perfect job for some down and out Americans, or unlicensed, uninsured immigrants. As a friend of mine had his insurance rate hiked up due to the proliferation of accidents involving uninsured riders. How has this affected your area if at all.

Ignition rekey for auction bought 2018 Duke 390
Recently bought & registered KTM Duke 390 at auction. I paid under 1500 and the bike is really clean, little to no damage.
I’ve been quoted over $2000 for the reprogrammed key.
Is this the only way to go?
