Help with my ghost shrimp?

Hello!

Tank info below. I don't really use reddit, so if this is the wrong place to post this, sorry in advance.

I added this shrimp to my tank April 28 (tank was cycled and stable at that point). He started out clear, but recently he's been turning white. He's very active, and eats just fine. Also he got red on his marks on his antenna. Does anyone know why? He started turning white before I had to re-cycle the tank.

Any insight would be super helpful. No other shrimp turned white like him. I know turning white could be a sign of stress, but he's active, eating normally, and I didn't notice a change in behavior. Also what the heck could he be eating?? Nothing in my tank looks like that.

Thank you!
