I was walking on E 59th St (between 2nd and 3rd ave) around 3:30pm today, when a man raced down the sidewalk on his motorcycle at high speed. He then turned left onto 2nd ave at high speed. He came from behind me and narrowly missed running over me and this other woman on the sidewalk.
