Anxiety of an international psychiatry resident: Navigating the MRCPsych pathway and ST4 realities in the UK
As a psychiatry resident in Türkiye who already holds GMC registration and is currently preparing for MRCPsych Paper A, I've been feeling quite anxious about the transition and securing an ST4 post in the future. I'm trying to evaluate the overall feasibility of this pathway and would love to learn more about what day-to-day life is actually like for ST4 trainees and consultants in the UK.
